Nowadays we suffer from obesity, cancer, anxiety or depression, heart diseases, diabetes. These all are result of our sedentary lifestyle. Cycling gives you a excuse to overcome physical inactivity.
Now i gone to tell you about some advantages of cycling.

1 Very helpful in weight loss
In a research we found that cycling can burn 400 to 1000 calories in an hour depends on your weight and intensity. If you cycled at low intensity then you will burn less calories and at high intensity more calories.
Nowadays obesity becomes a normal problem because of our sedentary lifestyle. I have a friend whose age is only 23 but his weight is 95 kg. And this is not the weight of his muscles, this is the weight of his fat.
By cycling you can loose your weight. If you are already fit then it helps you to stay fit. I advise you to cycled at low intensity in your initial stage. And uphill cycling is very good for them who want to burn more calories.
2 Boost your mental power
Albert Einstein once said that he got the theory of relativity while he was riding his bicycle. I am not saying that you also can get a business plan during cycling but it surely improves your mental power.
It improves the balancing power of your mind. You have to balance many thing while you riding a cycle. And balancing a two wheeler is also a talent.
It also improves your confidence level when you thought that today you ride your cycle for 5 km and when you complete it. You feels like achievement of a goal.
3 Decrease your Anxiety and depression
Cycling is a aerobic exercise and all such exercise boost the level of Dopamine, Serotonin and Haniel Ethylamine. That are the chemicals which are responsible for our happiness and vitality.

In 2020, we needed a higher level of immunity. So you should daily exercise for improve your immunity and cycling is best option for all the people. And cycling is also able to gives you a better quality of sleep.
