Hey Everyone! have you ever noticed your habits? Is it bad or good? Everyone have some habits in their life. Some are irritating and some become part of your casual life, even you get confuse that these are your habits or your nature. You accept it and think that you cannot change it.
But the fact is “You are the creator of your habit and also have power to change, replace or leave it.” A research says that it normally takes 21 days to create any habit, So it is also possible to leave that in 21 days.
Today i don’t want to talk about smoking or drinking. I know that these are bad habits and you also know about it. I just want to inform you about your small habits like listening songs before go to bed, check out your whatsapp facebook messages just after your eyes open in morning, forward 7 or 8 good morning messages daily, spend lots of time in front of your mobile, ignoring your friends, to wake up late in morning and sleep late at night, to eat street foods, etc…etc… Yeah these all are our habits.
I know you thinking that these are not harmful and i agree with it. But you should aware of your habits and be prepare for the day without it. I am also a victim of it. I had like to chat actually love to chat with my friends and i could do it whole day. When i realize that i feel sad when i found no one to chat, i got that it become my habit and i wasted lots of time on it. Then i start to spend my time in other activities.
Small habit also have great impact in our life
Our subconscious mind is responsible for our habits and our habits makes our behavior and nature. What we like to do are what we saw in our childhood or learn by our elders. If your dad teach you to don’t take risk then it becomes your habit to stay in safe zone, If your elder brother ever passed a comment that “why you weeping like a girl” then it becomes your habit to act like you are strong because you are a boy, If your society said that it is very important to have lots of money to stay happy then it becomes your habit to loose small happy moments for win the long run, If your friends said that they feel nervous without the group then it becomes your habit to feel nervous when you are alone.
These all are our habits and creation of our subconscious mind. Often we ignore them but they have a huge impact on our whole life and relations.

We only have to change our habits to change our life
There are many good habits like practicing yoga and meditation, respect women and elders, give time to our closers, taking risk to achieve our goals, express our emotions,etc. These can gives us a happier life then our imagination.
Generally we ignore such kinds of habits but these are responsible for our way of thinking, for our views about life, our fears. We should aware of that.
I know this is not easy to change the whole lifestyle but it is very necessary if you want positive changes in your life.
